Thanks to the best group of friends a girl could ask for (Mark, Jessie & Joe) My sculpture for the Art+Technology show is up and ready to roll!

Lucky for us we got a sneak peak of some of the amazing works of art that are part of the show! I'm excited to see the entire exhibit on Thursday!

The Pittsburgh Technology Council's Art and Technology Initiative invites you to join us for the opening of the 2009 Annual Art and Technology Exhibition and the BurghBot Project. To celebrate the synergy that exists between the art and tech communities in Pittsburgh, the Council is partnering with the James Gallery and CREATE Lab to create this one-of-a-kind exhibition.

EXHIBITION DETAILS:
The 2009 Art and Technology Exhibition features more than 50 pieces of artwork in all media, by 37 regional artists throughout the summer.

Juried by Paul Cicozi of the James Gallery, the Pittsburgh Technology Council and CREATE Lab, the James Gallery will host the award winning artists in a winner’s exhibition this fall. THE BURGHBOT PROJECT: The first ever event of its kind, The BurghBot project showcases the robotic artwork of ten East Coast artists, operating at a true intersection of art and technology. Each artist has created a unique interactive, artistic adaptation of CREATE Lab’s robotic frameworks.
