In this crazy word of 2009, where we seem to over complicate everything,
there is solace to be found in the simplicity of a stone.
You hold it in your hand and you feel the ancient strength and the wisdom hidden inside, connecting you to the Earth.
Lifetimes of change and weathered storms transformed it into the what it is today.
It is not a mass manufactured duplicate.
It is unique, a one-of-a-kind, just like you and I.
The stone will continue to be - lifetimes after we are no more,
sharing our secrets with future generations perhaps?
If that stone could speak, I have a feeling that it will laugh and tell us to quit making everything so complicated!
Our lifetimes are short, how silly to waste the precious time we have
filled with worry and stress.
It's time to get back to basics.
To breathe & relax and trust.
To allow our fears to subside into the background and to tune in to our intuition.
